The Board of Urals Energy PCL (AIM:UEN), the independent exploration and production company with operations in Russia, announces that the Company has been notified that on 22 June 2015 Andrew Shrager, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 365,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0063 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.776 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Andrew Shrager has a beneficial interest in 890,000 Ordinary Shares in Urals Energy, representing 0.35% of the issued ordinary share capital.
