Board Update

Dignity plc, the UK's only listed provider of funeral and end of life services, is pleased to announce that Graham Ferguson, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, has been appointed Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.

In addition, John Castagno, Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has stood down as a member of the Audit Committee.

The Company continues with its objective of strengthening governance and making the business compliant with the UK Corporate Governance Code.

This announcement has been made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 (3).
