COHEN & CO PLC ("A Cohen" or the "Company") BOARD CHANGES The Board announces the following changes in the composition and roles of thedirectors: with immediate effect, Mr Graham Ashley, Director, has been appointed Chairmanof A Cohen, and Messrs David Weir and Julian Pollard have resigned. Messrs Russell Sincock and Jim Ferguson will remain non-executive directors ofthe Company.
