Quadnetics Group PLC05 September 2007 For Immediate Release 5 September 2007 Quadnetics Group plc Board Change Quadnetics has agreed to release David Orme, Group Operations Director to takeup a position as Chief Executive of a private, non-competing company based incontinental Europe. Mr Orme will be continuing in his current post, and as adirector of the Company, until a proper handover has been completed, expected tobe before the end of the current calendar year.
