Result of AGM and Change of Name
At the AGM held earlier today the Company announces that all resolutions were passed.
Following the AGM the Board agreed to change the name of the Company to Consolidated General Minerals and have submitted the required application to Companies House. The Company will continue to be listed under the ticker "CGM".
