MediaZest Plc (the "Company" or MediaZest")Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Company was held 2 June 2008.

The Annual General Meeting was held as a 15 months period has elapsed since the last Annual General Meeting.

No resolutions were proposed at the meeting.

A General Meeting of the Company will be convened in due course at which the accounts will be laid before members and other business will be considered.
