Newmark Security PLC08 February 2005 Newmark Security PLC ('Newmark' or the 'Company') Additional Listing Newmark has made application for the admission to trading on AIM of 12,318,750ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares have been allotted toVema N.V. GDR holders in relation to the all share offer by Newmark in September2002. The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinaryshares of the Company and admission to AIM is expected to take place on 10February 2005.
