Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing of 2,600,000 ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each under the Circassia EMI Share Option Scheme, to trade on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
These shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
