Additional Listing

Petrofac Limited (the "Company")

Petrofac Limited announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for an additional listing of 21,257 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each fully paid and ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and issued as contingent consideration in relation to The New Energy Industries Limited ("New Energy"). The Company acquired New Energy on 11 June 2010.

Following the above transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 345,891,490 shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
