Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 106,105 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company to trading (the "New Shares"). The New Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by an employee of the Company. Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 25 September 2012.
