Further to the announcement on 8 July 2014, the Board of Progressive Digital Media Group Plc, the provider of high quality premium business information to the consumer and technology markets, is pleased to announce that on 30 July 2014 all completion conditions to the acquisition of CurrentAnalysis Inc. (the "Acquisition") have been satisfied and the Acquisition has now completed.
