Zibao Metals Recycling Holdings plc
("Zibao" or the "Company")
Trading Statement
The company is presently finalising the Report and Accounts for the period ended 31st March 2016 which reflect Turnover of HKD 497 million and Net Profit after tax of HKD 609,000.
The Directors are not aware of any reason which could give rise to the increases in share price and trading activity.
A more detailed trading statement will be provided by the close of business on Monday, 12th September.
