Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'the Group', 'Xeros'), the developer and provider of patented water saving solutions with multiple commercial applications, announces that Stephen Taylor has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Stephen is stepping down following the recent expansion of his role as Chief Marketing Officer at PayPal to include Australia and Singapore as well as his existing EMEA responsibilities.
John Samuel, Chairman, said:
"I would like to thank Stephen for his contribution over the last two years and we wish him well in his new, expanded role. We are actively looking to strengthen the Board."
