Further to the announcement on 12 February 2014 by PDJ Bidco ("the Company") which is a limited liability company wholly owned by Mr. Jones and established specifically for the purpose of making the offer, is pleased to confirm it today posted the offer document to Expansys shareholders containing an increased recommended offer ("the Offer") at 0.62 pence in cash per Expansys share.
