TRANSACTION BY DIRECTOR AND PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
XPS announces that, on 16 October 2024 Snehal Shah, Chief Financial Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold 66,830 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 335 pence per Ordinary Share.
Snehal Shah continues to maintain a material holding in the Company, holding 210,951 Ordinary Shares equal to 232% salary, and 646,030 unvested options as a result of in-flight awards granted under the Company's PSP.
