XPS Pensions Group plc is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Polaris Actuaries and Consultants Limited. The acquisition announced on 24 February 2025 will materially accelerate the Group's strategy of becoming a leading player in the fragmented UK Insurance Consulting market.
