Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Xaar plc (the "Company") announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 72,803,071 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Xaar plc at the date of this notice is 72,803,071,.
The above figure includes 91,250 Ordinary Shares currently held by Xaar Trustee Ltd and 1,617,004 Ordinary Shares currently held by the Xaar plc ESOP trust.
The above figure (72,803,071) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Xaar plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
