Director Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 16 December 2015, Doug Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 4,361 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 455.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Edwards' beneficial interest in the Company is 26,085 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.034% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
