Block Listing Application
Xaar plc ("the Company") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 9,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in respect of the following share schemes (the "Share Schemes"):

It is expected that the block listing in respect of the 9,000,000 Ordinary Shares will become effective on 15 October 2021. The Ordinary Shares will be issued by the Company from time to time under the rules of the Share Schemes, and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
