Additional Listing
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting totaling 2,682,938 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List in respect of the following share schemes (the "Share Schemes"):

Admission of the Ordinary Shares under the blocklisting is expected to take place on 5 July 2012. The Ordinary Shares will be allotted pursuant to the rules of the Share Schemes and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
