Financing Discussions

Further to the announcement of 12 May 2016, the Board of Westminster Group wishes to provide an update on the Company's financing discussions. 

The Company is currently in dialogue with several financing partners and at this stage does not believe that it will need to issue a circular to call a separate general meeting. The proposals to restructure the Company's share capital outlined in the announcement of 12 May 2016 are now expected to be put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company which is expected to be held on 30 June 2016. The notice of Annual General Meeting is expected to be posted to shareholders on or around 7 June 2016.
