Update on Litigation with the Vendors of CTAC Limited
Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' or 'the Company'), the AIM listed supplier of advanced security and defence equipment, services and solutions worldwide announces that it has agreed to stay the proceedings and that a settlement is imminent with the vendors of CTAC Limited (which was acquired in April 2010) to settle disputes between the parties arising from this purchase.
