Trading Update
Further to the announcement of 22 May 2009, Caspian Holdings (AIM:CSH) (the "Company"), the oil and gas development company with assets in the USA and Kazakhstan provides the following update.
Following the successful passing of resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2009, the Company has focused on progressing options to sell both core and non-core field equipment at the Zhengeldy field.
After some short administrative delays, this initiative is proceeding forward and the Company anticipates that results will be reported during the September Quarter 2009 and will keep the market and shareholders informed on developments.
