Trading Update
Further to the announcement ofΒ 22 MayΒ 2009, Caspian Holdings (AIM:CSH)Β (the "Company"), the oil and gas development company with assets in the USA and Kazakhstan providesΒ the following update.
Following the successful passing of resolutions put to shareholders at the Company'sΒ Annual General MeetingΒ on 29 June 2009, the Company has focused onΒ progressing options to sell both core and non-core field equipment at the ZhengeldyΒ field.
After some short administrative delays, this initiative is proceeding forward andΒ the Company anticipates thatΒ results will be reported during the September Quarter 2009Β and will keep the market and shareholders informed on developments.
