W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), advises that Mrs H Gibson (wife of Mr Michael Masterman) has today notified the Company that 33,211,836 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 1.52 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company, which are currently held in trust will be transferred to her brother, Mr J Gibson on 27 June 2014 in an off-market transaction for a consideration representing the opening mid-market share price of the Company on 27 June 2014.
Following the off-market transaction, Mr Michael Masterman (and related parties) will be interested in 738,382,503 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing an interest of 33.80 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
