W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), advises that Mrs H Gibson (wife of Mr Michael Masterman) notified the Company on 20 January 2016 that 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.08 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company, were sold in an off-market transaction for a consideration of 0.60p per Ordinary Share on 20 January 2016. The sale was made in order to cover unexpected family medical expenses.
Following the sale of these shares, Mrs H Gibson will be interested in 171,066,866 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing an interest of 4.63 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
