Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Windward  (LON: WNWD), a leader in maritime predictive intelligence, announces that it has issued and allotted 557,898 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.002 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by a former employee of the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 557,898 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 July 2022.

The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 83,579,625 Ordinary Shares, with Nil shares in treasury. As such the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 83,579,625.

The above figure of 83,579,625 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
