Director's Dealing

Richard Lee, a director of the Company, today transferred 10,267 ordinary shares in the Company to his SIPP. The share transfer was made based on the prevailing market price of 69.0 pence per share and was for nil consideration.

The share transfer did not result in a change in Mr. Lee's beneficial holding. Mr. Lee's interest in the issued share capital of the Company therefore remains 10,267 ordinary shares.
