The Company is not involved in any way regarding theproceedings and has not been contacted by any legal or regulatory authority inrespect of this matter.The Board can confirm that more than six months ago it reported a suspicioustransaction in relation to one of the defendants to the Isle of Man FinancialCrimes Unit.
