WEBIS HOLDINGS PLC("Webis or the "Group")Directorate Change

The board of Webis, the on-line and land-based gaming group, announces that Nigel Caine, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board with effect from today's date. Nigel is leaving the Group to pursue a new opportunity and his responsibilities will be assumed in the short term by the other Directors and Executive staff.

The existing Board are currently analyzing opportunities to strengthen its Non-Executive team both in its head office in the Isle of Man, and to support its USA based operations. Further details will be released in due course.
