2022 FINAL DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES

On 27 February 2023, Woodside Energy Group Ltd (Woodside) declared a fully franked final dividend of 144 US cents per share in respect of the six month period ended 31 December 2022 (the Final Dividend). As previously announced, the record date for the Final Dividend was 9 March 2023 and the payment date is 5 April 2023.

Woodside dividends are determined and declared in US dollars.

The US cent currency exchange rate applicable to the dividend payable in Australian dollars, British pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars is determined based on the foreign currency rates prevailing on or around the record date of 9 March 2023.

The amount payable in Australian dollars, British pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars is detailed below:

Shareholders will receive their dividend in Australian dollars unless their registered address is in the United Kingdom (in which case they will receive their dividend in British pounds sterling), in the United States of America (in which case they will receive their dividend in US dollars) or in New Zealand (in which case they will receive their dividend in NZ dollars).

As announced on 27 February 2023, the Woodside dividend reinvestment plan has been suspended and therefore is not available in relation to the Final Dividend.
