In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (‘the DTRs’), Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") advises that as at 30 November 2018 its issued share capital comprises 36,575,703 Ordinary Shares and 1 Class B Share. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 36,575,704.

Shareholders may use this total voting rights figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine whether they are required to notify the Company or the AFM of their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
