Victoria Oil & Gas PLC31 May 2006 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc 31 May 2006 Well 106 & 104 Update at West Medvezhye Project, Russia Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("Victoria" or "the Company") the AIM-quoted oil and gasdeveloper focused on the Former Soviet Union, today announces that preliminarywell test results from Well 106 and Well 104-Bis at its West Medvezhye gas andcondensate project have been delayed due to the difficult operating conditionsbrought on by the melting of the Siberian permafrost.
