Brulines Group plc ("Brulines" or the "Company") 

Director Shareholding 

The Company has today been informed that James Dickson, Chief Executive of Brulines has today sold 665,00 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 150p per share. He now holds 3,611,618 Ordinary Shares representing 15.0 per cent. of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
