The Company has been notified by James Dickson, Chairman of the Company, that on 21st January he was informed that his pension fund has purchased 30,000 ordinary shares as follows;

· 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 90p per share on 18th January 2016

· 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 92p per share on 21st January 2016

· 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 92.4p per share on 21st January 2016

Following these transactions, James Dickson holds a total of 4,559,420 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 16.37% of its issued share capital.
