Total Voting Rights
Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, announces in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules that the total number of ordinary shares in issue in the Company is 257,038,491, with each ordinary share holding one voting right. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
