Rule 2.9 Announcement
In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Vipera confirms that, as at 9 April 2018, it has 320,429,725 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue and admitted to trading of the AIM of the London Stock Exchange.
Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote. Vipera does not carry any shares in treasury.
The International Securities Identification Number for the ordinary shares is GB00B5M62J37. The above figure may be used by shareholders to determine the percentage of issued shares capital that they hold in Vipera and if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vipera under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Vipera also has warrants to subscribe for 17,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue, as follows:
