Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, announces that, further to the announcement made on 11 May 2015, it is anticipated the advance assurance from HM Revenue & Customs that the Subscription Shares will qualify for VCT and EIS will be received in early June 2015.
It is now expected that admission will become effective and that dealings will commence on or around 11 June 2015.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
