Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, announces that Martin Perrin ACA, a non-executive director of the Company has today been appointed CFO. Roger Mitchell had indicated some time ago that he wished to step down from the role to spend more time on his other business interests; but he remains a non-executive director of the Company.
