("Asia Digital", "ADH" or "the Group")
Completion of the disposal of DGM Internet Marketing Private Limited ("DGM India")
Further to the announcement on 13 June 2012, Asia Digital Holdings plc (AIM:ADH), an independent online marketing group, announces that the disposal of DGM India to Tyroo Media Private Limited and to Inflection Digital Holdings Private Limited, has now been completed.
On completion, the final gross consideration payment due to ADH was Rupees 7,875,000, (approximately GBP 90,928).
Actual cash paid to ADH, after Indian taxes, was Rupees 6,253,021.32 (approximately GBP 71,292.00)
