The Board of Urals Energy PCL (AIM:UEN), the independent exploration and production company with operations in Russia, announces that the Company has been notified that on 23 June 2015 Andrew Shrager, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 200,500 ordinary shares of US$0.0063 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Andrew Shrager has a beneficial interest in 1,090,500 Ordinary Shares in Urals Energy, representing 0.43% of the issued ordinary share capital.
