BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 199th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Tuesday, 27 October 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Islamabad, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Third Quarter Accounts of UBL for the period ended 30 September 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 16 October 2015 to 27 October 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.19.15 of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the KSE Rule Book. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
