NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
TT Electronics Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"): vesting of 2018 Awards and related sales.
On 18 March 2021, certain conditional share awards granted over the ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company in March 2018 were settled; to the extent they vested on the same date.
The table below shows the number of related Shares acquired by the Executive Directors, the number of Shares sold to satisfy the tax and national insurance liabilities, and the number of Shares retained following the sales.
