TESCO COMPLETES SALE OF BANKING OPERATIONS TO BARCLAYS AND COMMENCES LONG-TERM STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC (TCTS) and Tesco Corporate Treasury Services Europe DAC (TCTSE) hereby note the announcement made by their ultimate parent company, Tesco PLC, in respect of its completion of the sale of its banking operations and commencement of its long-term strategic partnership with Barclays (the Announcement).
