PDMR dealing notification
Grant of Restricted Stock Units to a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that on 26 June 2019 it granted restricted stock units over 85,714 ordinary shares of the Company to Brian McBride, Deputy Chair and Senior Independent Director of the Company (the "PDMR"), as previously disclosed in the Company's prospectus dated 21 June 2019.
The award will vest in three equal tranches on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date. A holding period applies to the shares the PDMR acquires on vesting so long as he remains a director of the Company.
The Notification of Dealing Form for the above grant may be found below. This notification is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
