Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Trainline plc (the "Company") announces that Rakhi Goss-Custard has stepped down as a Non-executive Director of Rightmove plc with effect from 5 May 2023.
Rakhi will continue her appointment as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Trainline plc.
