ADMISSION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND TO TRADING ON THE MAIN MARKET AND PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Further to the announcement on 25 September 2015 in relation to the issue of Shares under the management agreements and pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that 4,091,139 Ordinary Shares have been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Admission"). The Company's ticker symbol is TRIG.
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on Admission the changes in the beneficial interests of Directors in the issued share capital of the Company were as follows:

All of the transactions listed above involved the issue of Ordinary Shares by the Company to the relevant subscriber at a price of 100.90p per Ordinary Share in relation to the scrip alternative.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 654,838,095. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
