Trifast plc ("Trifast" or the "Company")
Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 6,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") and to be split between three schemes as listed below. The Block Listing Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares.
The 6,500,000 Blocklisting Shares are to be issued under the following schemes:

Admission is expected to occur on 5 April 2019.
