The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2015 (the "Annual Report") are available and attached hereto.
The Company also announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 26 New Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RA, on 30 September 2015 at 10.30 a.m. (UK).
