Trading Statement

Further to the announcement of 5 July 2011, Tracsis, a leading provider of operational planning software and consultancy services to the transport industry, is pleased to announce that the second half of its current financial year to 31 July 2011 continues to perform ahead of market expectations.

The enlarged Group is expected to deliver full year revenues and profits that are significantly ahead of the current expectations incorporating over £1m of revenue from the acquired operations of MPEC Technology Limited which completed on 1st June 2011.

The expectations for the financial year ending 31 July 2012 remain unchanged.
